Moomap - Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Moomap application (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please remove Moomap from your device.

1. Use of the App
Moomap lets you pin your mood anonymously at your current location and see anonymous mood pins from other users in real time. You must use the App in accordance with these conditions:
- Do not use Moomap to transmit, display, or share unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, abusive, or unauthorized content.
- Do not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, re-sell, or exploit any part of Moomap or content therein for commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to access, disrupt or interfere with any communications not intended for you.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

2. User Content and Responsibility
Any content you share (mood pins, emojis or other data) must not infringe the rights of others, contain offensive or illegal material, or violate these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for the coordinates and content you share.
- Moomap is not responsible for data or content transmitted between users.
- Moomap assumes no responsibility for incorrect or missing coordinates due to internet connectivity or GPS/device limitations..

3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Moomap brand, code, and features remain with Moomap.
Do not use our trademarks, graphics, or confuse users with similar marks without prior written permission. Icon credits: Icons8 and Vecteezy.

4. Safety and Abuse
We use encryption and secure transmission, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete security.
- We reserve the right to terminate access for any abuse or violation of these Terms.
- Report abuse or misuse to contact@moomap.eu.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Moomap is provided "as is" and “as available.” Use it at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee Moomap will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure or accurate.
- We are not responsible for the actions, content, information or data of third parties
- We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted in the App or at https://moomap.eu/terms-of-use.
